SMART is hiring! We're seeking a Trade Qualified Panel Beater to join our NEW Sandgate site. Monday to Friday with guaranteed overtime, 45 hours per week, no weekends.

NSW Trade licence a MUST. Work in a modern, well‑equipped workshop with industry‑leading repair technology and access to national training programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold NSW Trade Licence.
• Trade Qualified Panel Beater required.
• Experience in vehicle body repair desirable.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and straightening damaged vehicle bodies, panels and frames.
• Removing and replacing panels where repair is not viable.
• Reading and interpreting repair methods and job cards.
• Ensuring repairs meet time targets and quality standards.
• Operating workshop equipment safely and in line with procedures.

What You'll Be Doing

• Repairing and straightening damaged vehicle bodies, panels, and frames
• Removing and replacing panels where repair is not viable
• Reading and interpreting repair methods and job cards
• Working to repair scope and time targets
• Maintaining quality standards at every stage of the repair process
• Operating workshop equipment safely and in line with procedures
