Job summary

SMART is seeking a Workshop/Production Manager for our Fyshwick location. In this role you'll oversee daily workshop operations, drive productivity and quality standards, and lead a team of trade-qualified technicians to deliver efficient, high-quality repairs.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within the collision repair industry (essential).
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to set priorities, delegate effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Trade qualifications in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (highly regarded).

We are seeking a motivated Workshop/ Production Manager for our SMART Fyshwick location.

In this role you'll oversee daily workshop operations, drive productivity and quality standards, and lead a team of trade-qualified technicians to deliver efficient, high-quality repairs.

This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday with a great, supportive Repair Centre Manager & team.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous management experience within the collision repair industry (essential)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to set priorities, delegate effectively, and meet deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• A demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety
• Trade qualifications in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (highly regarded)
