Job summary

SMART is hiring an Automotive Assembler in Wingfield, SA. Join our modern workshop and enjoy a full-time, Monday–Friday role with guaranteed overtime.

You will reassemble vehicles, test safety and operability, and perform ad hoc tasks while ensuring a clean finish. Full Australian work rights are required; enjoy above‑award pay and clear career pathways with AMA Group.

We're Hiring!

We are looking for a skilled Automotive Assembler to complete our Wingfield team.

Looking for a permanent role with no weekends? Like guaranteed overtime and an early finish on Friday?

Join our team. Monday to Friday, 7.00am-4.50pm Monday to Thursday, 7.00am-11.30am Friday.

You will work alongside our technicians and assist in the stripping of cars and refitting their panels and door trims.

What You'll Do:

• Reassemble vehicles in accordance with documented procedures and processes.
• Test and evaluate reassembly for safety and operability.
• Any ad hoc duties throughout the workshop as directed by leadership.
• Ensuring the vehicle is cleaned in accordance with documented processes and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in the automotive repair industry in a similar technician or mechanic role.
• Strong commitment to work in a safe manner.
• Dedicated to quality repairs and customer service.
• High attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual team player.
