Job summary

JBS Townsville Plant in Townsville, QLD, seeks an Engagement & Support Coordinator to join the HR team in a full-time capacity. You will support the Pacific Labour Scheme workforce through recruitment, onboarding and pastoral care under PALM, coordinating paperwork for offers and hires to ensure compliance.

Applicants should have full Australian working rights, a valid driver’s license, and strong end-to-end recruitment experience with a large blue-collar workforce, including offshore

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience with a large blue-collar workforce
• Experience with offshore recruitment and mobility
• Experience coordinating PALM Scheme related activities
• Familiarity with NZ RSE scheme and AE under PALM
• Ability to demonstrate situational leadership
• Strong customer service focus and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support the Pacific Labour Scheme (PLS) workforce through the full employee lifecycle
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure compliant paperwork for offers and hires
• Provide pastoral care and ongoing support to PALM employees
• Assist with mobility arrangements and coordination with offshore providers
• Maintain accurate records and respond calmly in challenging situations
