Job summary

The JBS Townsville Plant is seeking an Engagement & Support Coordinator to join the HR team full-time. You will provide support to the Pacific Labour Scheme workforce across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing pastoral care for PALM participants.

You will coordinate paperwork to ensure legal compliance from offer through to hire, working closely with operations to maintain smooth transitions for internationally sourced staff.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally for blue-collar workforces.
• Experience with offshore recruitment and mobility programs.
• Familiarity with PALM Scheme and related worker placement rules.
• Ability to lead and coordinate across HR and operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offer processing for PALM candidates.
• Ensure paperwork compliance during onboarding and transfer to hires.
• Provide pastoral care and employee lifecycle support for international workers.
• Engage with stakeholders to deliver timely HR services.
