Job summary

Flavorite is seeking a highly organised PALM Program Adviser to coordinate and support the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility program across our Tatura, Katunga and Mansfield sites. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, accommodation and wellbeing while building strong community ties.

You’ll work with a diverse team, provide practical solutions, and help ensure PALM Team Members feel welcomed and supported during their employment in Australia.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with people from different backgrounds.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to work across teams, sites and communities.
• Solutions-focused, enjoys figuring things out and getting things done.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong administration, coordination and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PALM workforce planning and recruitment, onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain records and complete internal and government reporting; support budgeting and insights.
• Conduct regular wellbeing check-ins and pastoral care for PALM Team Members.
• Inspect and monitor worker accommodation and address issues promptly.
• Build relationships with local services and community organisations.
• Assist PALM Team Members to access healthcare and understand Medicare.
• Plan departures and repatriation in line with PALM requirements.
• Collaborate with People Leaders to train, support and engage PALM Team Members.
• Drive continuous improvement using data and feedback to improve PALM processes.
