Job summary

Jobs Australia Enterprises is seeking a PALM Coordinator to support Pacific and Timorese workers across regional Australia. The role is hybrid, combining home-based work with frequent travel; a company vehicle is provided and you must be based in or able to travel across designated service areas.

You will build trusted relationships with workers, host employers and community service providers, maintain compliance records, assist with welfare, health and safety, and respond to welfare concerns

Qualifications

• Experience in employment services or community programs.
• Experience with culturally diverse communities.
• Ability to liaise with workers, employers, and service providers.
• Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular welfare and wellbeing checks in line with PALM requirements.
• Support workers facing personal, social, financial, or family challenges.
• Coordinate referrals to healthcare, counselling, and community services.
• Explain workplace rights, visa conditions, and PALM obligations to workers.
• Maintain welfare case notes and compliance documentation.
