Job summary

Primary Connect in Minchinbury is seeking a Logistics Administrator to manage pallet and ULD movements, maintain data accuracy, and resolve transactional issues. This permanent role offers diverse responsibilities and exposure to AI-enabled training programs.

You will work with DC operations, vendors, and transport providers, participate in stocktakes, and enjoy a hybrid work arrangement after two months with flexible hours and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administration and pallet control processes within warehouse, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Intermediate Excel skills; able to quickly adapt to new systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow through.
  • Strong customer service, administrations & organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly ULD/pallet movements across DCs, vendors, and carriers, investigating discrepancies to minimise pallet loss and hire charges.
  • Maintain data accuracy and system integrity within the 2IC equipment control system, ensuring 100% account compliance through daily checks against procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve unprocessed, incorrect, or rejected transactions, identifying root causes and implementing permanent fixes for recurring issues.
  • Coordinate and participate in monthly/quarterly ULD stocktakes, auditing equipment movement records across multiple sources.
  • Partner with DC operations, vendors, and transport providers to troubleshoot exceptions quickly and accurately, driving continuous workflow improvement.

What you’ll do
