Job summary

Woolworths Group's Primary Connect division seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join the team in Minchinbury. You will reconcile pallet movements, ensure data integrity, and resolve transactional discrepancies while supporting continuous improvement across logistics operations.

You will collaborate with DC operations, vendors, and transport providers to streamline workflows and maintain accuracy in records and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience in administration within warehouse, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Pallet control and warehouse administration exposure.
  • Proficient Excel skills and quick system adoption.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly ULD/pallet movements across DCs, vendors, and carriers; investigate discrepancies.
  • Maintain data accuracy and system integrity within the 2IC equipment control system; ensure 100% account compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve unprocessed, incorrect, or rejected transactions; identify root causes and implement fixes.
  • Coordinate and participate in monthly/quarterly ULD stocktakes; audit equipment movement records.
  • Partner with DC operations, vendors, and transport providers to troubleshoot and drive process improvements.

What You’ll Do
  • Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly ULD/pallet movements across DCs, vendors, and carriers, investigating discrepancies to minimise pallet loss and hire charges
  • Maintain data accuracy and system integrity within the 2IC equipment control system, ensuring 100% account compliance through daily checks against procedures
  • Investigate and resolve unprocessed, incorrect, or rejected transactions, identifying root causes and implementing permanent fixes for recurring issues
  • Coordinate and participate in monthly/quarterly ULD stocktakes, auditing equipment movement records across multiple sources
  • Partner with DC operations, vendors, and transport providers to troubleshoot exceptions quickly and accurately, driving continuous workflow improvement
What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in administration and pallet control processes within warehouse, supply chain, or logistics environment
  • Intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
