Job summary

Primary Connect, the Woolworths Group supply chain arm in Australia and New Zealand, is hiring for a frontline leader on a 6-month contract at Hoxton Park. Dayshift hours are 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, supporting a large, diverse team delivering to thousands of stores across our network.

You will guide and mentor your team, champion safety, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong connections with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate operations.

Qualifications

• A proven track record as a leader who takes ownership.
• Experience working with Unions is highly regarded.
• Demonstrates logical thinking and effective problem solving.
• A background in Supply Chain, Retail, or FMCG.
• A passion for nurturing and developing a team.
• Pro-actively seeks continuous improvement methods.
