Primary Connect, part of the Woolworths Group, is seeking a capable supply chain leader for an onsite full-time role at our BigW Distribution Centre in Australia. You will lead a team, mentor staff, and drive safer, more efficient operations.

This role values ownership, proactive problem-solving, and experience with unions. You will coordinate day-to-day activities, support continuous improvement, and connect with customers to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record as a leader who takes ownership and is a proactive problem-solver.
  • Experience working with Unions is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrates logical thinking and effective problem solving approaches
  • A background in Supply Chain, Retail, or FMCG
  • A passion for nurturing and developing a team.
  • Pro-actively seeks continuous improvement methods
