Qualifications

• Trade qualifications in painting and decorating.
• Current C Class Driver's Licence.
• Current Construction Industry White Card (General Safety Induction Card).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
• Ability to pass a criminal history check.

Responsibilities

• Painting and maintaining public facilities and infrastructure.
• Surface preparation including sanding, scraping and cleaning.
• Painting of: fences, playgrounds, public amenities and toilet facilities.
• General maintenance and related duties as required.
• Working safely within a two-person maintenance crew.
• Adhering to workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

Casual Contract | Immediate Start | Attractive Hourly Rate of $57.56 per hour

Recruitment 247 is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Painter to join our client's maintenance team on a temporary contract. Working within a two-person crew, you will assist in delivering scheduled painting and maintenance programs across a variety of community facilities and public assets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a trade-qualified painter who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining public spaces to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
