Job summary

Specialised Linen Services – Broadmeadows VIC is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to drive growth for LINEN HUB™. You will plan, launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, targeting hosts, property managers and accommodation providers.

This three-month, fixed-term contract (Nov 2026–Jan 2027) offers the chance to optimise budgets, test creatives, report weekly results and collaborate with the Marketing & Growth team to shape future investment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid media campaigns from setup through reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong audience targeting, retargeting and creative testing.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and improving campaign performance.
• Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking and attribution.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work independently and turn data into improvements.
• Experience in lead generation, hospitality or property management is valued.

LINEN HUB™ provides premium, flexible linen hire to short-stay accommodation providers, property managers and boutique accommodation businesses across Australia. As we continue to grow, we're investing in targeted digital advertising to generate qualified leads and acquire new customers in our priority markets.

We're looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Paid Media Specialist who can turn advertising investment into measurable results through effective campaign management, audience targeting, creative testing and ongoing optimisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
• Reach short-stay hosts, property managers and accommodation providers through targeted digital campaigns.
• Monitor advertising spends and adjust budgets to get the best results from each campaign.
• Test different ads, messaging and offers to improve engagement and generate more enquiries.
• Track campaign performance and use the results to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
• Provide weekly performance updates and a final report outlining campaign results, key learnings and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing paid media campaigns, from setup and launch through to optimisation and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
• Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting and creative testing.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and improving campaign performance.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking and campaign attribution.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and turn campaign data into practical improvements.
• Experience in lead generation, B2B services, hospitality, property management or accommodation will be highly regarded.
• Play a direct role in growing LINEN HUB™'s customer base and generating new business opportunities.
• Take ownership of a focused campaign and see the impact of your work through measurable results.
• Work closely with the Marketing & Growth team to test ideas, improve performance and shape future marketing investment.
• Contract period: November 2026 – January 2027
• Duration: Three months
• Engagement: Fixed-term contract or contractor arrangement, as agreed
