Qualifications

• Age 15+ and no longer at school.
• Australian or NZ citizen, permanent resident, or eligible visa holder.
• Queensland resident eligible for SQW funding.
• Unemployed or underemployed or facing barriers to employment.
• Reliable transport to access work sites.

Responsibilities

• Work on real projects while earning a wage.
• Develop teamwork, communication and job prep skills.
• Complete 21 weeks of training concurrently with paid work.
