Protech’s Track & Trade Ready Program in Beerburrum offers a paid, 16-week full-time traineeship to help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people start a career in rail and construction. You gain hands-on experience while earning a wage and securing nationally recognised training.

During the program, you’ll complete a Certificate I in Construction and receive practical training including spotter work, tool use, and safety competencies, with potential pathways into further Civil Construction

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; willing to undertake practical, hands-on work.
• Eligibility includes identifying as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
• Must be 18 years or older and hold a current driver’s licence.
