Sharp & Carter HR NSW is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead the delivery of HR services for a large, complex professional services organisation in Western Sydney. You will drive digital enablement, process improvement and service excellence across the employee lifecycle, reporting to the HR Director and guiding a small team of specialists.

You will oversee Tier 0/1 enquiries, ensure compliant record keeping, monitor KPIs, and partner with Payroll, HRIS and Analytics to deliver a consistent

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with experience using HRIS and other digital tools.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the HR Operations delivery and improvement portfolio, managing all Tier 0 and Tier 1 enquiries to a high standard of service and compliance.
• Overseeing daily operations, balancing team workloads, maintaining service standards and managing escalations.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with your specialist team to embed new technology and expand self-service capability.
• Ensuring robust compliance and governance across all HR Operations activity, including accurate record keeping and adherence to legislative and enterprise agreement requirements.
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, using data to evaluate service quality, identify risk and inform decision-making.
• Partnering with Payroll, HRIS & Analytics and other People functions to deliver an integrated and consistent employee experience.
• Building a high-performing team culture through strong leadership, coaching and development.

HR Operations Manager

An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced HR Operations leader to join a large, complex organisation in the professional services sector, based in Western Sydney.

This is a pivotal role within the People & Culture function, leading the delivery of core HR services while driving a broader agenda of digital enablement, process improvement and service excellence.

You will lead a small team of specialists and ensure HR transactions, compliance and employee support remain accurate, timely and consistent across the employee lifecycle.

Reporting to the HR Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the HR Operations delivery and improvement portfolio, managing all Tier 0 and Tier 1 enquiries to a high standard of service and compliance
• Overseeing daily operations, balancing team workloads, maintaining service standards and managing escalations
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with your specialist team to embed new technology and expand self-service capability
• Ensuring robust compliance and governance across all HR Operations activity, including accurate record keeping, segregation of duties for payroll inputs and adherence to legislative and enterprise agreement requirements
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, using data to evaluate service quality, identify risk and inform decision-making
• Partnering closely with Payroll & Compliance, HRIS & Analytics and other People functions to deliver an integrated and consistent employee experience
• Building a high-performing team culture through strong leadership, coaching and development

To be considered for this role, you will bring:

Experience within a large complex organisation highly desired, as is experience in business process improvement and transformation initiatives across HR.
