Job summary

oOh!media Limited is hiring an experienced P&C Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of our P&C services and shape a simpler, smarter employee experience. This role combines operational excellence, people leadership and HR technology.

You will lead a small team, strengthen service standards and own HR systems administration, including Workday, ServiceNow and Enboarder, using data, automation and AI-enabled improvements to reduce manual work and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in P&C/HR operations or a shared services environment.
• Hands-on Workday administration experience and demonstrated ServiceNow usage in HR/employee service.
• Experience leading operational improvement, service optimisation or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of P&C operational services, ensuring enquiries are handled accurately and on time.
• Oversee onboarding, employment changes, leave administration and offboarding processes.
• Own administration and ongoing optimisation of Workday, ServiceNow and Enboarder.
