Job summary

Elements Recruitment Pty is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead its centralised HR Operations function for a large national workforce. You will own the HR operations, systems, compliance and service delivery, balancing team leadership with hands-on operational HR in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Western Sydney with hybrid working arrangements, you will coach a small established team, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate, timely HR administration, contracts, onboarding,

Qualifications

• Solid experience in HR Services, HR Operations or a similar team leadership role within a large, complex organisation.
• Experience leading an HR administration or shared services team within a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment contracts, Modern Awards, HR compliance and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, reporting and data; strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop an HR Operations team, driving accountability, engagement and high performance.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations across a dispersed workforce.
• Drive operational excellence and on-time service delivery.
• Own HR systems and processes; streamline workflows and train team members.
• Maintain compliance, award interpretation, documentation and governance.
• Own reporting including workforce data and compliance.
