Job summary

BMW Group, in partnership with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, seeks an Ownership Services Graduate for a two-year programme at Goodwood. You will help develop strategies to grow Ownership Services, collaborate with global dealer networks, and drive improvements in customer retention and revenue from parts and accessories.

You will manage projects, work with regional teams, and contribute to new programme initiatives while gaining exposure to multiple regional offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 in bachelor’s degree or pass in master’s studies, preferably in a business-related field.
• Experience with the full Microsoft Office Suite; Tableau configuration beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; creative and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-functional project team to achieve targets within quality, time, and budget constraints.
• Deliver programmes to increase customer retention within the dealer network.
• Review performance with regional teams to compare against targets and budgets.
• Benchmark regional performance against quality and budget targets.
• Create and update quality standard documentation to support ISO9001 qualification.
• Take ownership of Ownership Services projects and contribute to sustainable growth.
