Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, UK, invites you to join Global Private Office Brand Experience for a placement year starting July 2027. You will support with initiatives, events, client and prospect activities, and day-to-day operations across the Private Office network.

Responsibilities

• Support with implementing new initiatives to drive Private Office sales and direct client interactions.
• Assist with client and prospect events for the Private Office.
• Support local Private Office teams with facilities maintenance and sample ordering.
• Provide daily operational contact and assist regional Private Office teams.
• Develop positive working relationships with agencies, suppliers, and partners.
• Support performance reporting of Private Office client management activities.
• Assist in preparation and set-up of client visits/specification sessions.
• Support handling of client data and updating campaigns in Salesforce.
• Facilitate communication on Private Office client activities to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and GDPR processes.

The Private Office Sales team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting business growth through relationship management, operational excellence, and targeted engagement activities. Working closely with clients, prospects, regional teams, and external partners, the department coordinates client events, supports sales initiatives, and ensures seamless day-to-day operations across the Private Office network.

What awaits you?

• Support with implementing new initiatives to drive Private Office sales direct client interactions at our Private Office’s
• Support with client and prospect events for the Private Office
• Support the local Private Office teams with client facilities maintenance and sample ordering
• Support and assist regional Private Office teams, providing a daily point of operational contact
