Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd. at Goodwood invites graduates to join the Supply Chain Quality Management team for a two-year placement. You will lead daily activities in the Supply Chain Quality function, building experience with a global supplier network and collaboration across internal departments to meet quality goals.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to escalation, 8D reporting, and root-cause analysis, with opportunities for international placements within the BMW Group as you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2:2 or above.
• Interest in digitalisation and IT systems.
• Confident and effective communication skills.
• Strong self-motivation and a proactive approach.
• Good project management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Collaborative approach and ability to contribute positively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate focused escalation meetings with suppliers to drive progress.
• Oversee distribution and resolution of Complaint Reports and 8D reports for quality improvements.
• Keep supplier contacts and Supply Chain Quality databases accurate.
• Contribute ideas to develop Supply Chain Quality within Logistics.
• Potential to undertake an international placement within the BMW Group.
• Review supplier facilities and systems for alignment with quality standards.
