Job summary

Accor is seeking a dynamic Partner Experience Specialist to join our Asset Management Team. You will nurture relationships with apartment owners across a diverse portfolio, acting as a brand ambassador and driving portfolio growth.

Note: role is internally referred to as Owner Relations Manager. We sponsor you to complete your real estate salesperson certificate during paid work hours, and all successful candidates will undergo AML/CTF background screening as part of pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; able to make people feel heard, valued and respected.
• Confident in de-escalation and problem solving to rectify issues while maintaining service quality.
• Organised, able to multi-task and work under pressure with strong admin and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust with current apartment owners and connect with potential investors.
• Problem Solving & Investigation: Address inquiries, analyse account data and deliver clear resolutions.
• De-escalation & Resolution: Turn challenging inquiries into positive outcomes while protecting brand.
• Industry Expertise: Know Accor's management letting options and relevant industry regulations.
• Portfolio Growth: Implement strategies to increase keys under Accor’s management.
