Job summary

Accor is a world-leading hospitality group seeking an Owner Relations Manager to strengthen relationships with current apartment owners and attract potential owners within a diverse property portfolio.

You will manage owner inquiries, maintain knowledge of letting options and legislation, and implement strategies to increase keys under Accor’s management. This role sits in the Asset Management Team at Accor and offers opportunities for career development within a global network.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Property Industry in Business Development / Property Management is beneficial.
• Ability to multi task and thrive under pressure, supported by strong organisational and time management skills.
• Masterful in the art of communication, both the written and spoken.
• A current real estate sales certificate or transferrable licence or nearing completion.
• Strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Forge and sustain relationships with current apartment owners while also establishing connections with potential investors and other building stakeholders
• Respond to enquiries from apartment owners in relation to matters regarding the management of their investments, apartment returns and general owner account enquiries
• Effectively resolve any enquiries or concerns from apartment owners
• Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about the management letting options provided by Accor and relevant industry legislation
• Implement strategies and initiatives to increase keys under Accor’s management
