ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Agent to manage tours, close leases and ensure a superior move-in experience. You will highlight property features and drive occupancy through creative marketing and proactive outreach.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales skills, and technical ability to use property management software. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move‑in, closing the sale and preparing lease documents.
• Explain property features and benefits to prospective residents.
• Marketing the property with online posts, social media, and outreach.
• Support occupancy and retention goals with follow‑ups.
• Handle unpredictable situations using problem solving and best judgement.
• Maintain knowledge of the property and competitors to inform prospects.
• Build relationships with residents through timely responses.
• Prepare lease documents, resident files and related bookkeeping tasks.
• Coordinate resident events with teammates.
• Assist Assistant Manager in delinquent rent collection.
• Visually inspect and maintain property areas for cleanliness.
