Job summary

Cedar Place, part of Respect Aged Care, is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to lead the night shift. You will oversee clinical care, respond to changes in residents' conditions and support night-time care staff to ensure safe, person-centred care.

As the Night Shift RN in Charge, you will administer medications, maintain accurate documentation, and lead handovers while upholding aged care standards. AHPRA registration and experience in residential aged care are essential.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in residential aged care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills.
• Confidence leading a night shift and guiding care staff.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• National Police Check and aged care worker screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical care during night shifts.
