Job summary

PresCare Yaralla Place, part of the Apollo Care Alliance, seeks a Registered Nurse for weekday night shifts in a 96-bed residential aged care home. You will oversee overnight clinical needs, manage medications, and support care staff to ensure resident safety and continuity of care.

The role requires RN experience in aged care, AHPRA registration, and an NDIS check. 76 hours per fortnight, salary range $80,000–$120,000 plus Super and packaging options.

• RN experience in clinical nursing roles
• Experience in aged care settings and clinical care delivery
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for delivering person-centered care

Responsibilities

• Holistic assessment with residents and representatives
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
• Clinical care including wound management, palliative care, and medication management; liaise with medical/health staff
• Provide safe, high-quality care in line with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Foster a positive resident experience with a resident-first approach
