Respect Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our aged care team on a casual basis in regional Australia. You will provide high‑quality clinical care, support medication management, and lead care staff to ensure residents receive person‑centred services.

You will bring at least 5 years of post‑registration nursing experience, current AHPRA registration, and a strong knowledge of aged care standards. Night shifts and a rotating roster are required, with opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Current RN registration with no restrictions (AHPRA).
• At least 5 years post‑registration nursing experience.
• Experience in aged care or related healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of aged care standards and legislation.
• Clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Leadership and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to rotate roster including night duty.

Responsabilidades

• Complete required funding assessments and clinical documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance and supporting optimal funding and quality care outcomes.
• Maintain high-quality, contemporaneous documentation that accurately reflects care delivery and clinical decision-making.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Extended Care Assistants, supporting safe practice and professional standards.
• Always uphold confidentiality and ensure staff work safely and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
• Provide clear, concise shift handover and reporting to the Care Manager and General Manager, and identify training and development needs within the team.
