Job summary

Cedar Place at Respect Aged Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take charge of night shifts, providing high-quality care and clinical leadership to our residents.

You will oversee overnight clinical care, support care staff, respond to clinical changes and ensure residents receive safe, person-centred care in a supportive not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in residential aged care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills.
• Confidence working independently and leading a team overnight.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• National Police Check and relevant aged care worker screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical care during night shifts.
• Assess residents and respond to changes in their condition.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Manage clinical incidents and emergencies.
• Provide guidance and support to care staff.

About the Role

We are seeking a confident and experienced Registered Nurse to take charge of night shifts at Cedar Place.
