Woodford Manor Aged Care is seeking Registered Nurses to join on a casual basis. RNs will lead Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants, develop resident care plans, and ensure medication administration aligns with regulatory standards.

The role requires 4+ years of aged care nursing, AHPRA registration, and willingness to obtain a police check. Australian or NZ residency or valid working visa is required, with a focus on high-quality, person-centred care.

• RN with 4+ years in aged care nursing.
• Police check willingness.

• AHPRA registration held.

Responsabilités

• Develop nursing assessments and care plans for residents with input from residents or their representatives, and in collaboration with clinical, medical, allied health and lifestyle staff.
• Ensure directives from medical and allied health professionals are carried out and outcomes evaluated.
• Investigate changes in residents' health or condition and report to Clinical Care Coordinator/Facility Manager.
• Provide direct care demonstrating contemporary clinical practice and act as a role model for staff.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation for AN-ACC submission in consultation with Clinical Care Coordinator.
• Ensure administration of medications complies with regulatory requirements.
