Job summary

ALH is seeking an Overnight Front Office Attendant at Narrabeen Sands Hotel in Sydney’s region. You will greet guests with warmth, manage calls and emails, and support accommodation, bistro and booking duties to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role requires strong guest service skills, excellent communication, organisational ability, and a valid RSA certificate. Physical tasks such as lifting may be involved as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• You are great with people, communication and detail and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are highly organised and have great computer skills
• You hold a current RSA certificate

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service
• Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible
• Lean into team work and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required
