ALH Hotels in North Wollongong is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant who loves delivering memorable guest experiences. You will be the face of the floor, share enthusiasm for our pub menu and drinks, and help create that magic for locals and visitors alike.

This hands-on role involves lifting and moving stock, working with the gaming team when required, and upholding high service standards from start to finish. RSA certification and flexible availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering hospitality-focused service to guests.
• Ability to upsell and suggest menu pairings.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the floor and connect with guests to ensure memorable visits (front-of-house).
• Recommend meals and drinks to guests based on their preferences.
• Deliver friendly, efficient service and maintain high standards throughout shifts.
• Assist with stock handling, setup, and closing procedures while supporting the gaming team when needed.
