Job summary

ALH is seeking an Overnight Front Office Attendant at Narrabeen Sands Hotel to deliver exceptional guest service and create a warm, welcoming environment. You’ll manage front desk tasks, answer emails and calls promptly, and support accommodation, bistro and booking duties as needed.

Ideal candidates are people-focused, highly organised with strong computer skills and RSA certified. The role may involve manual handling; we value a positive, energetic team player ready to deliver memorable guest

Qualifications

• Great with people, communication and detail; motivated to make magic happen for guests and teammates.
• You are highly organised and have great computer skills.
• You hold a current RSA certificate.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service.
• Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible.
• Lean into teamwork and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required.
