Crown Resorts is seeking an exceptional Residential Concierge for Crown Sydney, a luxury residence. This full-time role is rostered for overnight shifts, delivering elevated service to residents and guests, coordinating restaurant and amenity bookings, and ensuring seamless experiences across departments.

You will work closely with Bell Services, Front Office, Spa, F&B and other teams, leveraging MS Office and PMS systems to maintain accurate records while providing personalised, high-touch

Qualifications

• Experience in a frontline hosting role within hotel/residential environment.
• Ability to deliver superior service in a luxury setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple communication channels and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the Residential Concierge desk daily operations.
• Provide accurate information and assist guests, visitors and residents.
• Escort guests on tours and coordinate access to amenities and services.
