Job summary

Capella Sydney seeks a Housekeeping Attendant to join our luxury team. You will help ensure guest rooms are pristine and guest comfort is our priority, aligning with Capella standards of service.

Join a discreetly luxurious environment in a historic building, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications

• Experience in similar role at luxury hotels or resorts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build guest relations.
• Basic spoken English.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality guest room comfort and cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies and Forbes standards.
• Provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
• Handle guest and internal customer complaints courteously and efficiently, reporting to supervisors as needed.
• Ensure daily use of chemicals and supplies, using provided products safely.
• Ensure guest linen is changed daily and pantry/storage areas are kept tidy.
