Job summary

TeamKids is seeking Casual Educators to support Before and After School Care in Pakenham. Roles offer flexible shifts, extra pay during school holidays, and opportunities to work with children aged 5-12 in a dynamic OSHC environment.

Ideal candidates are passionate about children, enjoy teamwork, and communicate confidently with families and staff. Relevant WWCC/blue card checks and ACECQA qualifications are expected, with training provided.

Who is TeamKids? TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

The Role - Casual Educator. This is a role where no two days are the same! Work closely with a supportive team to gain valuable experience in the OSHC space and make a real difference in children's lives.

Location: Pakenham

Shifts available between:

• 7:00am-9:00am (Before School Care)
• 2:30pm-6:30pm (After School Care)
• Optional 6-8 hour shifts during school holidays

About You

• Ideally has previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - we can help you grow your skills!
• Passionate working with children and seeing them thrive
• Is involved, fun, a team player and ready to jump in
• Confident communicator with children, parents and colleagues

You’ll need (or be willing to get)

• Working with Children Check that is relevant to your state (WWCC,WWVP, Blue card, VIT)
• Has a Cert III or Diploma in an ACECQA approved course (or be working towards it) - Visit acecqa.gov.au to learn more about approved qualifications
• As part of TeamKids' commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
