SEEK is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative within the Sidekicker Growth team in Australia. You will convert interest into conversations, identify hiring needs, and guide customers from sign-up to their first job post. You'll engage leads, qualify opportunities, and collaborate across operations, analytics and sales to shape a scalable outbound sales motion for SEEK's Sidekicker offering.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound phone sales, business development, inside sales or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong discovery, questioning and objection handling to drive next steps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across phone, email, and CRM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Engage outbound leads and qualify current hiring needs and fit for Sidekicker.
• Convince prospects of Sidekicker value relevant to their hiring context.
• Support account setup and first job/shift posting after registration.
• Close sales with clear next steps and follow-up to activate customers.
• Adapt outreach for different lead cohorts and pain points.
• Maintain CRM discipline with accurate logging of outcomes and next steps.
• Provide insights to the squad to improve targeting and processes.
• Collaborate with squad leader, operations and analytics to ensure a high-quality sales motion.
