SEEK is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to turn customer interest into real conversations and new business. Using behavioral signals, you’ll reach out at the right moment and guide customers from sign‑up to their first successful job post and completed shift.

This 8‑month fixed term role targets a commercially minded, curious, and resilient individual who thrives on experimentation and improving outbound sales.

Qualificações

• Experience in outbound phone sales or business development.
• Strong discovery, questioning and objection handling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and use feedback to improve.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with CRM tools.
• Customer-centric mindset with commercial curiosity.

Responsabilidades

• Engage outbound leads and validate hiring needs, urgency, frequency and fit.
• Qualify prospects and build interest by relating Sidekicker value to customer context.
• Support account registration, initial setup and first job/shift posting.
• Close sales with clear next steps and strong follow-through; measure success by activations.
