Local Insights in Brisbane is seeking a dynamic telesales specialist to join our West End office. You will contact independently owned local businesses across Australia, selling our low-cost Google-backed subscription service and helping them grow by increasing their online visibility.

This is a full-time, office-based role in West End 4101, 9-5:30 Mon–Fri. We provide full training, coaching, and 1-on-1 support to set you up for success; bring energy, a strong work ethic, and a drive to succeed

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a telesales or outbound sales role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Competitive, resilient mindset with strong work ethic.
• Ability to manage pipelines and follow-ups.
• Willingness to be coached and take on feedback.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business via cold calling and outbound phone sales.
• Learn and confidently pitch our Google Listing Optimiser.
• Follow our proven sales methodology and improve through coaching.
• Hit weekly activity targets and agreed sales KPIs.
• Manage follow-ups, pipelines and customer conversations professionally.
• Represent Local Insights with confidence and personality.
