Job summary

hipages is hiring for an Outbound Sales Consultant in Sydney. You will convert warm leads during a trial period into full paid memberships in a fast-paced call centre, focusing on daily target attainment and revenue growth.

This high-volume role requires 80+ calls per day, strong sales and negotiation skills, and sharp relationship-building over the phone. Salesforce experience is a plus, with uncapped commissions and supportive growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High-volume phone sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to close deals and handle objections.
• Comfort with Salesforce CRM and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Make at least 100 dials and 2.5 hours of talk time daily on inbound/outbound calls.
• Hit revenue targets by closing sales and signing tradies to the platform.
• Engage with tradie customers over the phone, understand their pain points, promote platform benefits.
• Follow scripts and regulations to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
