Job summary

Hipages Group in Sydney is seeking an Outbound Sales Consultant to join our high-energy sales team. You will engage tradespeople on a free trial, convert them into full members, and hit challenging daily targets in a fast-paced call centre.

With warm leads, no cold calling and uncapped commissions, you’ll build your sales skills, close deals, and grow your career in a supportive, award-winning culture. Salesforce experience is a plus; Working Holiday Visa 417 holders are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound phone-based sales.
• Able to meet daily targets and call metrics.
• Comfort with high-volume calling (80+ calls/day).

Responsibilities

• Make at least 100 dials and 2.5 hours of talk time per day.
• Close sales and sign tradies up to the platform.
• Handle inquiries and objections, maintain relationships.
• Meet weekly and monthly incentives.
