Job summary

Henry Schein Australia is seeking a dedicated Endodontic sales specialist to deliver expert guidance on EdgeEndo solutions by phone across Australia and New Zealand.

You’ll build trusted relationships with clinicians, partner with the wider sales team, and drive growth while representing Henry Schein at industry events. The role offers hybrid work after training and a competitive incentive package.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental/endodontic field beneficial.
• Customer service with phone-based sales experience preferred.

• Own monthly and annual sales targets for the Endodontic portfolio.
• Leverage customer insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify changes in purchasing and reconnect customers with Henry Schein solutions.
• Develop deep product knowledge and share via training for customers and field team.
• Represent Henry Schein at industry events and exhibitions.

A key focus will be on EdgeEndo portfolio, and you will be seen as the subject matter expert across our entire Endodontic portfolio, as well as the key point of contact for our customers across Australian and New Zealand. You will also work collaboratively with the wider sales team leveraging opportunities and ensuring customers are provided with superior service and solutions.

This role will suit someone who is enthusiastic about creating and nurturing customer relationships over the phone, relentless about understanding their customer - how they think, what drives them, and how they buy. Success will be defined by your ability to turn customer understanding into meaningful outcomes, strengthening trusted partnerships while uncovering opportunities that deliver value and drive sustainable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Becoming a trusted source of in-depth expertise on Henry Schein’s endodontic solutions, supporting customers by phone.
• Building and growing trusted relationships with new and existing customers across Australia and New Zealand, helping enhance their clinical experience and support our collective business growth.
• Partnering closely with our wider sales team to build capability, support new and existing business, and bring our “Rely on Us” promise to life.
• Taking ownership of monthly and annual sales targets across our endodontic portfolio.
• Using customer insights and market trends to uncover new opportunities for growth.
• Proactively identifying changes in customer purchasing and reconnecting customers with the appropriate Henry Schein endodontic solutions.
• Developing deep product knowledge and sharing it through practical training and ongoing support for customers and the field sales team.
• Representing Henry Schein at industry exhibitions, study groups, open days and other professional events.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience working in the dental industry and a passion for Endodontic dental category is important
• Customer service with some experience in phone-based sales (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident negotiator with a persuasive edge
• You will be curious about data and how it can inform you in relation to sales trends and opportunities within your customer group.
• Tech-savvy: MS Office proficiency is a must and strong excel skills will be advantageous
• Self-starter, team player, resilient, and eager to learn
