Henry Schein Australia is seeking a dedicated Endodontic sales specialist to deliver expert guidance on EdgeEndo solutions by phone across Australia and New Zealand.

You’ll build trusted relationships with clinicians, partner with the wider sales team, and drive growth while representing Henry Schein at industry events. The role offers hybrid work after training and a competitive incentive package.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental/endodontic field beneficial.
• Customer service with phone-based sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and quick rapport building.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confident negotiator with persuasive edge.
• Curious about data and sales trends for target groups.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel skills advantageous.
• Self-starter, team player, resilient, eager to learn.
• Full unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on Endodontic solutions to customers by phone.
• Build and grow relationships with customers across Australia and New Zealand.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to drive growth and deliver the Rely on Us promise.
• Own monthly and annual sales targets for the Endodontic portfolio.
• Leverage customer insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify changes in purchasing and reconnect customers with Henry Schein solutions.
• Develop deep product knowledge and share via training for customers and field team.
• Represent Henry Schein at industry events and exhibitions.
