The role offers uncapped commissions with 35% on approved sales from the first sale, company-provided leads and ongoing support. Hybrid and WFH options are considered for successful team members.

Qualifications

• Previous outbound telephone sales experience is essential.
• Ability to build rapport with business owners and decision-makers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Australian businesses.
• Present advertising opportunities and build relationships.
• Handle objections and close sales.
• Follow up interested prospects and secure bookings.
