Full Circle Publishing Pty Ltd is expanding its Varsity Lakes sales team and seeking confident, motivated B2B telesales professionals. This is commission-only, with 35% on every sale from your first, no minimum threshold and uncapped earnings.

Company-provided leads, CRM, and campaign materials are included to support your success. Hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm, with hybrid arrangements available for top performers.

Qualifications

• Previous outbound telephone sales experience is essential.
• Able to cold call and talk with business owners confidently.
• Proven track record of closing sales over the phone.
• Skilled at handling objections and selling the value of services.
• Capable of managing a sales pipeline and following up opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B sales calls using company-provided leads.
• Present advertising opportunities to business owners and decision-makers.
• Build rapport and confidently close sales.
• Follow up interested prospects and secure bookings.
• Manage customer records and opportunities through the CRM.
