Leads, CRM access, and campaign materials are provided. This commission-only role offers uncapped earnings and potential career progression as the team grows.

Are you an experienced outbound salesperson who knows how to close deals and wants to be rewarded for your results?

Full Circle Publishing is expanding, and we’re looking for two experienced outbound sales professionals to join our growing team on the Gold Coast.

This is a commission-only opportunity with no base salary or hourly retainer. Earnings are entirely performance-based.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be contacting Australian businesses over the phone, offering advertising opportunities in our community-focused publications.

Our publications help raise awareness of important community issues while giving local businesses the opportunity to promote their services and support worthwhile causes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to Australian businesses.
• Presenting our advertising and community sponsorship opportunities.
• Building rapport, handling objections and closing sales.
• Following up interested prospects and securing bookings.
• Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM.

We provide the leads and sales tools – you bring the experience and drive to succeed!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous outbound telephone sales experience is essential.

You’ll be someone who:

• Is confident cold calling and speaking with business owners.
• Knows how to handle objections and close sales.
• Is self-motivated, reliable and results-driven.
• Enjoys working towards targets and being rewarded for performance.
• Has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Previous experience selling advertising space in charity journals, community publications or similar fundraising-related campaigns will be a distinct advantage.

Experience in B2B sales, advertising sales, sponsorship sales or telephone fundraising will also be highly regarded.
