G’day Group is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead the General Store and Petrol Station operations at Kings Canyon Resort. The role focuses on day-to-day store management, team leadership, inventory control, and delivering excellent guest service in a remote setting.

The successful candidate will have proven retail leadership, strong customer service skills, and the ability to drive sales and profitability while managing stock and displays in a remote resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.
