Job summary

OTR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Adelaide to support daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead a small team. This role emphasizes rostering, stock management and adherence to safety procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will develop staff, monitor performance, and report on store metrics while contributing to a supportive team culture. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in retail, excellent communication, and a passion for training

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail/hospitality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Ability to adapt to change and maintain attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health and safety policies is a plus.

OTR – Assistant Store Manager

About The Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
