Job summary

OTR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead a frontline team, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will handle rostering, stock management, reporting, and compliance with health and safety policies, while pursuing broad career development across our Australian network.

OTR – Assistant Store Manager

About The Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
