Job summary

OTR Group, a leading retailer with brands across Australia, is seeking a hands-on Store Operations Specialist in Kadina, South Australia.

You will assist with day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer service, train and develop team members, manage rostering and stock, produce reports, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

About The Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
