Job summary

OTR Group in Adelaide is seeking a Store Operations Leader to manage the daily store activities, lead a team, and drive exceptional service.

You will handle rostering, stock control, safety compliance, and reporting, while mentoring colleagues and contributing to ongoing training and career development opportunities within our global network. The role requires strong communication, a proactive approach to change, and a passion for customer excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail/hospitality team.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff.
• Comfortable rostering and shift planning.

About The Role

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
